Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund less shipping charges.  No questions asked! The item must be in a new, unused condition and in its original packaging.  So you can’t take it out for a night out on the town first!  Trying it on is ok, but wearing it means, well I’m sure you can figure that out.  If so desired, we will credit your madmonkey account to purchase an item at a later date, or we will credit you back the same way you paid.

Exchanges

If you made a mistake with your order or need to change your size, we would be happy to exchange your order.  Simply return the clothing in its original packaging and send it back to us with a note explaining the reason for the return and what other product we can send you.  We will ship you your new item right away. We will not charge any additional shipping. 

We do our best to give you enough time to make your decision.  You have 30 days from the date you get your madmonkey gear to make up your mind.

Warranty Info

Madmonkey does its best to ensure you are getting the highest quality of product.  If the item is defective we would be happy to exchange it for you free of costs.
